Dear Guests, To ensure safety and comfort while staying at SUWATU Villa, we provide a few guidelines:
- Check in at 3 p.m, check out at 12 p.m.
- every guest over 17 years old must present a valid KTP / official identity card.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment and the completeness of the villa property, any property damage caused by guests will be charged according to the property value.
- To be environmentally friendly, towels, bed linen, and bed covers will be replaced every 3 days.
- The villa manager is not responsible for the loss of the guest’s property.
- It is forbidden to bring liquor, illegal drugs and do deeds contrary to the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- Do not carry explosive materials, hazardous chemicals and sharp weapons.
- Suwatu Villa is located in the village of Sumberwatu, guests are expected to appreciate neighborly life without making noise and crowds.
- Due to the location of the villa on the edge of a cliff, children are requested to always be under the supervision of their parents.
- Smoking is prohibited in the villa room, smoking area is only outside.
- Guests must wear appropriate clothing and footwear when in Suwatu Restaurant’s public areas.
- Guests outside the reservation who visit must register in advance. Maximum visit is 9 p.m, if it exceeds visiting hours, an additional fee will be charged by additional cost.
- Our private villa capacity is 6 adults, additional guests is allowed for a maximum of 2 people, and will be charged per guest Rp. 400,000 per Adults, and Rp. 200,000 per children under the age of 10 years.
- The price in the reservation does not include breakfast, for additional breakfast it will be charged Rp. 120,000/person (adult), and Rp. 60.000 (children aged 5-10 years), children under five years will not be charged any additional fee.
- The tenant is deemed to fully understand the terms of the villa rental.
